| Blichmann Engineering 42 GALLON EXTENSION FOR 27 GALLON FERMENATOR This new 15 gallon modular attachment increases the capacity of a 27 gallon Fermentator to 42 gallons - perfect for a legal 1 barrel (31 gallon) batch. This weld free extension attaches securely to the pressure lid sealing system in newer F3 Blichmann conicial fermenters (does not fit other brands of conical fermenters or older Blichmann pre F3 lid sealing models). Great for small scale commercial or large scale home brewing or winemaking use. Preserves the lid hatch feature of your existing F3 Blichmann 27 gallon conical. This kit may require drilling two 1/4" holes in your F3-27 Blichmann Fermentator depending on the age of your Fermentator. Does not fit F2 or F1 27 gallon Blichmann Fermentators. Once this is installed, you will have the option of changing 'lids' to go from 20 gallon to 31 gallon batches with the same unit. This kit includes leg braces, 15 gallon extension, blow off hose assembly with hose P clips. You will reuse the clamp, seal, lid hatch, etc. from your existing F3 27 gallon Fermentator. |
