He, himself, proclaimed Alexander's is to be the "finest PALE MALT EXTRACT with the lightest color of any on the market today." Alexander's uses the most select malted barley, state of the art equipment, pure water, and absolutely no sugar additives. The result is a premium liquid malt extract. All malt extracts are produced at 80 Brix.
