| Amaretto is the most popular Italian almond liqueur. Liquor Quik essences are made from the finest essences that Northern Europe has to offer, where the old world style of extraction is still used. Carefully selected seeds, herbs, fruits and essential oils are macerated or distilled and then fortified with alcohol and sweetener. Bottled in .65 fluid ounce bottles. Directions: Pour the contents of bottle and 1-1/4 cups (250g) of sugar into a one liter bottle. Fill with 26 fluid ounces (750ml) of 25-30% alcohol by volume grain alcohol, neutral vodka or fermented Liquor Quik SuperYeast (available on this website). Shake until the sugar has completely dissolved. If desired, this mixture can be thickened with one fluid ounce of glycerne (also available on this website). Makes 32 fluid ounces (925ml). |
