These are premium Beer Ingredient Kits created by the experts at Brewcraft, the same people entrusted by Rogue Brewery to replicate Rogue's Ales into beer kits for the homebrewer. These full boil, partial mash beer ingredient kits make approximately 5 gallons or 50 to 55 bottles of home made beer in approximately 2 weeks and come with all ingredients, muslin hops bags and instructions. Priming sugar will be needed if you will be bottling your beer
80 Shilling Scottish Ale Brewcraft Premium Beer Ingredients Kit
In Scotland hops were historically rare or expensive, and beers brewed there were malty and rich. Cooler ale fermentation temperatures and lower attenuation also meant heavier, slightly sweet beers. Also, beer in Scotland was taxed according to the amount of grain that went into making it, and therefore the resulting alcoholic strength. This beer kit keeps those traditions alive. For best results, ferment at 62-64°F to create a beer low in fruit esters, high in malt body. Secondary fermentation may take up to 2 weeks.

American India Black Ale Brewcraft Premium Beer Ingredients Kit
An emerging giant of a beer style, also known regionally as "Black IPA" or "Cascadian Dark Ale". This beer is redolent of citrus/floral hop aroma and flavor, has moderate body and alcohol, and a faint roasty but not charred flavor. Malt flavor and sweetness is low and the beer finishes dry and crisp. Hop bitterness that would clash with the roasty flavor is kept slightly low compared to standard IPA's

American Wheat Beer Brewcraft Premium Beer Ingredients Kit
This Classic American Wheat Beer Ingredient Kit is modeled on the clean neutral Beers of the U.S. The perfect wheat beer will have a slight citrus tang, giving it a refreshing zest – add a lemon to accentuate this if you want. The wheat gives it a full, rich body without being overbearing. This beer is remarkably low in calories given how substantial it is.
Wheat Beer has low esters and none of the phenolic spicy (clove-like) character of the German "hefe-weizen" Beer. Instead, it has a distinct clean wheat and malt flavor and enticing wheat bread-like aroma, complemented by mellow hop bitterness and flavor. A GREAT choice when you want to brew a beer you can drink soon! It is at its delicious best when about 3 weeks old; while yeast is still partially in suspension- or wait a bit longer and drink it once mostly clear.

Apricot Wheat Beer Brewcraft Ultimate Beer Ingredients Kit
Apricot and wheat beer are a natural fit, and many craft brewers across the US brew this style of beer. We have included a can of Vintner's Harvest 100% fruit Apricot Puree to be added to a base of American Wheat Beer, so you'll make a beer that has full fruit flavor, aroma, and even a bit of texture of Apricot- unlike many Apricot beers that use only extract flavoring. Secondary Fermentation can take two weeks for all the fruit sugars to be consumed. For even more incredibly juicy, fruity Apricot aroma and flavor optionally add 2-4oz of Natural Fruit Extract to taste just before bottling.

Belgian Wit (White) Bier Brewcraft Premium Beer Ingredients Kit
This Belgian beer style which was extinct has been resurrected in the US and in Belgium, and now enjoys huge popularity throughout the world. Classically very pale in color, hazy to the point of being nearly opaque from protein, yeast and even some unconverted starch, this is a unique beer style. Unmalted wheat and judicious use of bitter orange peel, coriander and other spices such as peppercorns, grains of paradise and even juniper berries give this beer it's amazing flavor and aroma.
Belgian Wit goes by many names, all variations of the term “White Beer”. In French it is called “Biere Blance”, while the Flemish name is Wit or Witbier. Wit is a light, refreshing traditional beer style that became extinct with the closing of the last Wit bier brewery in Belgium in the 1950’s, only to be resurrected by Pierre Celis, first in Belgium then later in Texas. Belgian Wit brewers use un-malted and malted wheat which produce a beer with light to medium body, flavours of spice, champagne-like yeast and wheat, and a zesty orange-fruity finish. It has a clean crisp profile, low hop bitterness and high carbonation with a large white head. Wit is hazy due to the proteins from the wheat, and from suspended yeast. An excellent choice for a warm summer evening, or to accompany Sunday Brunch.

Bohemian Pilsner Brewcraft Premium Beer Ingredients Kit
The original (or "ur-") pilsner beer, from Pilsn in Czech Republic- this style of lager beer is a bit bigger in it's malt character than pilsners from the US or Germany. Full and rich in body and malt flavor, it is nonetheless mostly dry and crisp in the finish, and full of Czech Saaz hop flavor, aroma and with moderate bitterness to provide beautiful balance. For best results, ferment cool- 50-54°F; however the yeast included in this kit will produce lager-like beer when fermented as high as 64°F. Use ½ of one pack of Saaz hops for flavor hop addition, the other half for aroma addition.

Bourbon Barrel Imperial Porter Brewcraft Ultimate Beer Ingredients Kit

Cream Ale Brewcraft Premium Beer Ingredients Kit
Cream Ale is a style of beer that is pure American. Creaminess of character in the beer can come from corn used as an adjunct, although there is little corn flavor. More importantly, the creamy characteristics of this beer result from low use of very high quality Noble hops, and "hybrid" ale/lager temperature control during fermentation. Start it out as if an ale at 64-67°F, after a week lower the temperature to 48-54°F for 2-3 weeks of lagering, for best results. The finished beer will be light and crisp with a silky, "creamy" mouthfeel.
