Rogue Soba Ale Brewcraft/Rogue Ales Ultimate Beer Ingredient Kit
Kit makes 5 gallon of beers. Includes instructions and all ingredients, Rogue's proprietary Pacman Ale yeast packaged by Wyeast is usually available to be purchased separately or as an option with this kit although the American ale yeast strains will also work well.
2 things you may notice when brewing Rogue Soba Ale-
1. The final gravity maybe higher than you're used to. 1.016 - 1.018 is normal. Soba has a fair amount of unfermentables, so not to worry.
2. Soba- buckwheat kasha- is high in protein, so the beer might be hazier than normal, this doesn't affect the flavor.

Russian Imperial Stout Brewcraft Ultimate Beer Ingredients Kit
As Barley Wine is to Pale Ale, so is Imperial Stout to standard Stout. Higher usage rates of all ingredients, plus added brewing sugar to boost alcoholic strength without weighing down an already heavy beer results in the ultimate malt-bomb. Originally brewed for the Tsars and aristocrats of Russia by English brewers, it's fully intended to warm your insides on the coldest of St. Petersburg (or Bismarck, Buffalo, or Bozeman) nights. Give this beer PLENTY of time to mellow; it'll be jagged and unruly for the first couple of months after brewing. But then it settles in for the long haul; this beer will continue to "improve" for years.

Scotch Wee Heavy Brewcraft Ultimate Beer Ingredients Kit
Historically the beefiest, highest alcohol of ales brewed in Scotland was called "Scotch Ale" or Wee Heavy and was a style of beer unto itself- as opposed to "Scottish ales" which were typically patterned after English ales but brewed with less hops and cooler fermentation. Malt complexity was developed through "kettle caramelization", and modern brewers replicate that effect by using crystal malts with a fairly heavy hand. High final gravity for residual sweetness and a lot of non-sweet unfermentable carbohydrates layered with smooth, warming alcohol are the reasons for its name! You'll detect flavors and aromas of raisins, dried apricot, brown sugar, caramel candies, creamy butter, even chocolate-dipped shortbread. Dessert in a glass!

Streets of London Porter Brewcraft Premium Beer Ingredients Kit
Porter is a broad-ranging beer style and in fact is now considered to be two styles: Brown Porter and Robust Porter. Ours is the former. This beer has a lighter color and- while maintaining medium body and dark, roasty, coffee-like aroma and flavor- it also has some caramel malt and more hops than some porters. As a Brown Porter it's also a little less dry and "stout-like" than the more black Robust Porters. Look forward to drinking this rich and satisfying dark red/black ale with flavors of dark toasted malts and bitter chocolate, some sweet malt and caramel with a hint of spicy hops.

Uber Urban Imperial Pilsner Brewcraft Ultimate Beer Ingredients Kit
Still a seldom-seen style, Imperial Pilsners- also referred to as Double Pilsners- are just what the name implies- American brewers have taken the classic style of Pilsner (generally the German version gets this treatment) and turned it into a powerhouse of flavor and alcohol. Because it uses very pale malt, lager fermentation and yeast, and spicy, refined noble hops, it's a million miles from being just another Imperial IPA.
