3 week kits make 5-6 gallons of cider. Each kit contains cider base plus additional fruit flavor pack. Will make still or sparkiling cier with an alcohol level of 5-6%. Recipes are included for 6 gallon batches, or mor full flavored 5 gallon batches. Invert, corn, or regular sugar must be added. |
