Australian Bitter Bitter Ingredients kit only, the addition of 2 lbs of dried malt and or corn-sugar, plus 3/4 cup priming sugar recommended. Bitter: Styled in the old-English tradition, Coopers Bitter is made using aromatic hops and more malt than other beers. Darker in color than lager style beers, its strong refreshing flavor has made it a popular choice among those who appreciate the quality of this ruby colored traditional beer.
