Irish Cream is a blend of Irish whiskey, cream and chocolate.
Liquor Quik essences are made from the finest essences that Northern Europe has to offer, where the old world style of extraction is still used. Carefully selected seeds, herbs, fruits and essential oils are macerated or distilled and then fortified with alcohol and sweetener. Bottled in .65 fluid ounce bottles.
Directions: Pour the contents of bottle and one cup (200g) of sugar into a one liter bottle. Fill with 26 fluid ounces (750ml) of 25-30% alcohol by volume grain alcohol, neutral vodka or fermented Liquor Quik SuperYeast (available on this website). Shake until the sugar has completely dissolved. Prior to serving blend one fluid ounce of whipping cream into four fluid ounces of Irish Cream. Refrigerate any unused liqueur for a maximum of one week. Makes 31 fluid ounces (900ml).
