Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole meat, 11 lbs. of ground. Kit includes one package of cure, one package of seasoning, a shaker bottle for easy mixing and detailed instructions.
Each Box Contains a 4.2oz packet of
Hi Mountain Cure with Ing: Salt, sugar,
sodium nitrate (.85%), caramel color;
and a 3.0oz Original Blend seasoning
packet with Ing: salt, spice, garlic powder,
and spice extractive, soy sauce powder (soy
sauce (wheat, soybeans, salt), maltodextrin,
salt) and less than 2% propylene glycol added
to prevent caking.
