Used as a finishing formula, to add body and mellow wine and liqueurs. Used at a rate of 1oz - 2oz per gallon. Rarely is it used to add sweetness.

Instructions: Pour the contents of 1 of each bottle and 2.5oz. (1/3 cup) of granulated sugar into a 750ml bottle, fill 3/4 full with vodka (100 proof works best, but 80 proof can be used) or other neutral spirit (Grain Alcohol) and shake until sugar is dissolved. Top up the bottle and shake until the contents have fully blended.

Shake until the sugar has completely dissolved. If desired, this mixture can be thickened with one fluid ounce of glycerne (also available on this website). Makes 32 fluid ounces (925ml).

Instructions: Pour the contents of this bottle and 1/2 cup (115 g) of granulated sugar into a 35 fl. oz. (1 L) bottle. Fill with 35 fl. oz. (1 L) of 35-40% ABV grain alcohol, neutral vodka or clarified LQ™ SuperYeast™/Turbo Yeast. Shake until the sugar has completely dissolved. If desired, thicken with 1 fl. oz. (29 ml) of glycerine.
