Crisp Maris Otter has long been the fvorite of the English brewers for its rich flavor and very forgiving brweing performance. In the brewhouse, excellent yields and efficient run-off make it athe malt of choice for producing English style beers or American Pale Ales and IPAs. This malt is produced in traditional floor malting or Saladin boxes.
This is a Premium varietal 2-row winter barley, great for infusion mashing. A perfect base malt for pale ales, bitters, or any other UK inspired brews. Use up to 100%

With the exception of full 55lb bags of Crisp Maris Otter Malt, grain is milled for free by default unless you request it un-milled.
You will also be prompted for which bag to package this grain in, if this grain can be packaged with other grains on your order for a particular recipe, please combine all those grains into one bag to ease our packaging. For example recipe1-milled, recipe2-un-milled etc.
Discounts are offered at 10lb plus, and full bags. To order a full bag use quantity 55 for this grain, full bags are sold un-milled.
