MUNTONS EXTRA LIGHT DRIED MALT EXTRACT 55 lb also has a milder malt flavor than most malts. This is most likely your lightest, mildest malt extract . MUNTONS EXTRA LIGHT DRIED MALT EXTRACT 55 lb great for very pale ales and lagers. Dry malt will make your beer have more body than liquid malts. It contains a bit more unfermentable solids which helps head retention and mouth feel. Great quality malt. Especially good in British style ales, stouts, porters, etc... |
