This Rosé offers floral notes of honey and flavors of strawberry, raspberry, fresh apples, and fig. It delivers extra light tannins and a slightly sweet finish. FOOD PAIRING Pair the Down Under Rosé with Greek salad, mussels or strawberry-rhubarb crisp. This year’s line-up consists of five varieties from the most popular wine regions of the world. These kits are only available through a pre-order process and then one kit will be released each month starting in December 2011 and continuing through April 2012. |
