Includes instructions and all ingredients, Rogue's proprietary Pacman Ale yeast packaged by Wyeast is usually available to be purchased separately or as an option with this kit although the American ale yeast strains will also work well. 2 things you may notice when brewing Rogue Soba Ale- 1. The final gravity maybe higher than you're used to. 1.016 - 1.018 is normal. Soba has a fair amount of unfermentables, so not to worry. 2. Soba- buckwheat kasha- is high in protein, so the beer might be hazier than normal, this doesn't affect the flavor.
