This is a multifunctional unit that can be used for many purposes, but is particularly suitable for Essential Oil Extraction, Water Purification and a Distiller. The Still Spirits brand is based on quality and this unit is a good example. The body of the boiling unit is contructed of Stainless Steel, the condenser unit of Copper. The internal electric element eliminates the dangers created by the use of external heat. Unit can be used either in the Pot or reflux mode. The change between is very quick and simple.

This will distil 25 litres of wash all in one go and is superb for Essential oil extraction or alcohol distillation ( licence is required in USA )
This still represents the next generation in home distillation equipment.
It eliminates the problem of having to spend all day processing a 25 litre wash.Taking 1 hour to heat up, then producing distillate at a rate of over 2 litres per hour, your processing time is slashed to around 3.5 hours from switch on. Until now this high distillate flow rate was only achievable using a pot still or the semi reflux type still. Unfortunately these stills produced very low quality distillate. The essencia express still not only produces distillate at a very fast rate, it produces the distillate at 80% plus ABV!
Its essential you are able to connect to cold water mains feed to keep the condenser cool through out this process.The ABV achievable for alcohol with this unit is 78-85%. If you double distil you will achieve 96% ABV which is great for Ethanol production (can be used as fuel in motor vehicles, subject to relevant taxation).
Still Spirits latest still type. This is an improvement on their Reflux Still. Featuring a reflux chamber filled with ceramic saddles this still produces higher strength (80%ABV) and therefore better quality spirit.
This Super Reflux Still produces 6-7 litres of 40% /vol alcohol each time it is used. Please read all of the instructions carefully before using your still.
Dextrose (Corn Sugar) makes a cleaner spirit and ferments faster than white sugar.
Dextrose (Corn Sugar) is easier to use than sugar because it dissolves easily in cold water.
From a standard 25-litre wash produced with 7 kg of Dextrose (Corn Sugar) and Still Spirits Turbo you should collect 3 litres of alcohol at 80% strength in 4.5 hours

This unit creates a controlled temperature environment where the vapour comes into contact with the ceramic saddles and bounces from one to the other as it makes it's way through the condenser. As a result the vapour comes into contact with a huge surface area so that it is repeatedly treated before passing through to be condensed and collected by the main condenser. As a result the spirit collected by this type of condenser is even higher in alcohol strength than either the pot still or our standard Reflux still and contains even less by-products.The spirit collected is ideal for all types of spirits and liqueurs and produces a spirit even more suitable for producing gin, vodka and other delicate spirits that are drink neat or with little to mask the flavour of the spirit.

Many people use these oils and essences for homeopathic medicine and aromatherapy. Thyme, mint, rosemary, rose, jasmine, juniper berry, citrus peel, sandalwood, and eucalyptus are a short list of plants you might consider using. Although this unit can distill pure water, most people prefer drinking water with a mineral content similar to spring water. Nevertheless, distilled water has its uses, and it's nice to know you have access to pure water.

Brewer’s Best® enters partnership with “Pints for Prostates” awareness campaign
Brewer’s Best® will offer a limited release homebrew ingredient kit this fall to benefit Pints for
Prostates. Founded by prostate cancer survivor Rick Lyke in 2008, the campaign raises awareness
among men at beer festivals, social networking and pro bono advertising. The kit will be available in
September, which coincides with Prostate Cancer Awareness month.
LD Carlson Company, who packages the Brewer’s Best® brand of products in Kent, Ohio, has
agreed to donate $3.00 from the sale of every kit to the Pints for Prostates campaign. Retailers who sell
the kit will have the option to match the donation. All net proceeds raised by the group go to fighting
prostate cancer and assisting men with the disease. This is the first homebrewing product to partner with
the charity.
The ingredient kit, PSA IPA, will be a hoppy India Pale Ale. A PSA test is a common blood test
used to measure levels of prostate specific antigen which is often elevated in the presence of prostate
cancer. In addition to containing all of the ingredients to make a 5-gallon batch of beer, the kit will include
health-related information about the importance of early detection through PSA testing.
“Pints for Prostates mission is to reach men through the universal language of beer with an
important health message. PSA IPA will give us a unique platform to reach homebrewers," said Lyke.

TAP-A-DRAFT STARTER KIT
Each Tap-A-Draft bottle holds 6 liters (1.6 gallons) of beer and fits perfectly on a standard refrigerator shelf. Three 6-liter bottles hold 4.75 gallons of beer. The dispensing tapping unit holds two eight-gram CO2 cartridges and features a preset regulator that dispenses the CO2 from the cartridges into the bottle at a steady rate. The bottles can be tapped for up to 6-8 weeks. These bottles are primed using 3 ounces of priming sugar per 5 gallons. After aging (3-4 weeks) remove cap, tap, and dispense. Two eight-gram CO2 cartridges will dispense the entire 6 liters. Tap-A-Draft bottles are reusable for at least 6 batches. This includes the Tap, drip tray, 10 eight-gram CO2 cartridges, and three 6-liter bottles. Everything you need to bottle and dispense 4.75 gallons of beer.

The Tap-A-Draft is an economical and space saving portable beer dispensing system. Three (BPA free)6 liter PET bottles hold 4.75 gallons of beer, virtually all of a 5 gallon batch.
The Tap-A-Draft features a 6 liter BPA-free PET bottle, which screws onto the tapping unit for dispensing. The tapping unit holds two eight gram C02 cartridges, and features a preset regulator that dispenses the C02 from the two cartridges into the bottle at an even rate, so you can leave the unit for a month or two, and still dispense all the beer with the two eight gram cartridges (also used for seltzer bottles).
When brewing beer for the Tap-A-Draft, prime the beer first by using 3 ounces of corn sugar per 5 gallon batch (about half a cup). Then fill the bottles and seal with the included 38mm screw caps. Let age like bottled beer until they are carbonated (this system will not artficially carbonate beer by C02 injection). To serve, remove the cap and screw on the Tap-A-Draft tapping head, insert two 8 gram C02 cartridges into the unit, chill and dispense.
Two eight gram C02 cartridges will dispense the entire 6 liters of beer, and the built in regulator will keep pressure steady for up to two months. The 6 liter pet bottles are usable until they become damaged, usually for at least 6 batches. The pet bottles will keep beer fresh for 4 months. Place shrink capsule on the bottle.
Take the 2 in 1 tool and place it on top of the shrink capsule.
With your hand press the 2 in 1 tool against the bottle. Be sure you hold the bottle tightly to avoid dropping it.

Bring water to a continuous boil in a saucepan deep enough to completely immerse shrink.
Holding the 2 in 1 tool against the bottle dip the shrink completely in the boiling water.
No more than 3 seconds are necessary to shrink capsule.
Once finished, remove the bottle from water and wipe it dry.
For best results, water must be boiling all the time and choose the smallest shrink-capsule that fits your bottle.
We recommend shrinking prior to labeling your bottles.
