Still Spirits Cosmopolitan Sachet Add 725ml of 40% ABV spirit to a 1 L bottle. Add this sachet. Top up to 1 L with cold water. Shake WELL. Serve chilled in a martini glass and garnish with a twist of lemon peel. Makes approx. 29 % ABV Cosmopolitan cocktail. Want to make a frozen cocktail instead? Add 375ml of 40% ABV spirit to a 1 L mixing pail. Add this sachet. Top up to 1 L with cold water. Shake WELL. Freeze for 8 hours, or overnight. Spoon into a martini glass and garnish
