Still Spirits Top Shelf Liqueur Base Pakcs are the perfect complement to the Top Shelf Liqueurs essence range. Simply select the matched base pack as indicated on each essence bottle. Liqueur Bases A, B and C (Red Label) are carefully matched to each liqueur's sweetness and viscosity requirements. Schnapps Base (Aqua Label) is the perfect base for your schnapps. Cream Base (Purple Label) is the perfect base for your cream liqueurs.

Still Spirits Cream Liquer Base 400G

Still Spirits Cream Liquer Base 400g Use this pack in place of cream and sugar when mixing Top Shelf cream liqueurs. Instructions Add 250 mls of boiling water to a large mixing jug. Slowly add the contents of the pack and mix well. Add alcohol as indicated on the essence bottle and top up to 1.125 litres. This pack has a purple band which conveniently associates it with the Cream liqueurs in the Still Spirits Range. It is not based on dairy products. Mix and if possible leave overnight for best results.

Still Spirits Red Liqueur Base A Use this pack in place of liquid glucose and sugar when mixing Top Shelf liqueurs. Instructions Add the spirit as required on the essence bottle to a large mixing jug. Slowly add the contents of the pack and mix well. Add essence and top up to 1.125 litres with water. There are three different liqueur base packs that match up with different types of liqueurs in the Liqueur Red bands labels. As liqueurs are different in sweetness, thickness and strength, Still Spirits have taken great care to provide you with base packs specific to each liqueur. Liqueur Base "A" is the standard and least thick or sweet of any of them.

This pack contains a blend of modified starch and sugar to balance any schnapps type liqueur. Mix up and drink straight away. This pack replaces any liquid glucose and sugar required in the recipe on the essence bottle label.
